Responsibilities of BDEARS on a Community

BDEARS agrees to:

1. Ensure items in the Community are preserved according to the BDEARS Preservation Policy;
2. Provide permanent and reliable access to Community items;
3. Distribute content according to BDEARS and Community policies;
4. Educate the Community on using BDEARS and BDEARS policies and guidelines;
5. Provide support and guidance to the Community for any Community related questions;
6. As necessary, work with a Community to deposit large numbers of items at once; and
7. Notify the Community of significant changes to content management, software, and policies and procedures.
