Rights retained by a Community

A Community retains the right to:

1. Withdraw items from their collections;
2. Request that a Collection be deleted;
3. Request items or Collections be shared with another Community (if the Collection or items cross Community "boundaries");
4. Receive a copy of deposited items upon request;
5. Customize Community and Collection interfaces, based on available BDEARS functionality;
6. Define their own Collection policies within the BDEARS policies; and
7. Define their own item submission workflow for each Collection.
